THE STORY BEHIND

Fierce Fitness 

Fierce Fitness was born from a hard truth. What was once my dream job slowly became a source of constant stress. The pressure was intense, and over time it drained me of my energy, my authenticity, and the vibrance that once came so naturally. My body was in pain, and eventually I had no choice but to slow down and then stop altogether. I stopped moving, creating, and showing up for everyone, including myself. Only then did I recognize that the pain ran deeper than anything physical.

Healing didn’t happen all at once. It began when I turned inward and started rebuilding trust with my body, one small practice at a time.  It became a signal to train differently and care for my whole being. I chose a more holistic path of fluid movement, focused strength, and recovery that actually lasts. I built this space to help others do the same.

Fierce Fitness is where movement gets personal, helping women build confidence through intentional movement. Through a range of in-person and online offerings — all built around the Fierce Four: Movement, Mindset, Strength, and Mobility — this is a space for women who are ready to move through life like they actually mean it. No performance. Nothing to prove. Just you, showing up for yourself.
