Intro to Pole

Start here!

Intro to Pole is for beginners with no previous experience. Emphasis is placed on pole safety, beginner pole movement and floor work, basic choreography, spins, grips, and technique. This class teaches the fundamentals of pole.

Fierce Flow

Slow, intentional, and nothing like you expect.

Fierce Flow is a slow, intentional, low impact pole and floor class designed to help you move with confidence and feel amazing in your body. This calm, low impact program blends movement, strength, and pole fundamentals. We work through fluid transitions, basic spins, and floor-to-pole sequences designed to build presence, body awareness and create  movement that is uniquely yours!

Liquid Motion™

Liquid Motion® is an open-level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In 60 minutes you'll move through body conditioning, lateral drills, floor sequences, and liquid motion fundamentals — building total body awareness from the ground up. Open level. No experience needed. Just show up.
