Fierce Flow

This is where pole begins. Slow, intentional, and nothing like you expect.

Fierce Flow is where pole begins - slow, intentional, low impact pole and floor sequences to help you move with confidence and feel amazing in your body. Fierce Flow is a calm, low impact program that blends movement, mindful strength, and recovery. We work through fluid transitions, basic spins, and floor-to-pole sequences designed to build presence and body awareness before anything else. This is the entry point. It's also, for many women, the most transformative work they do.

Liquid Motion™

Liquid Motion is a method & style of dance and movement education.

Liquid Motion® is an open-level class that utilizes elements of fitness conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory to provide a total mind and body movement experience. In this 60-minute class, you will learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion™ to build a foundation for floor work. The class consists of body conditioning, lateral movement drills, floor sequences, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness.

Unraveling

She already exists. The woman you want to be. Believe it first. Everything else follows.

Unraveling is a 21-day mindset practice built around breath work, awareness, and the power of visualization. It is the work of peeling back the layers, so you can step into the woman you already are underneath it all. You will learn to focus your mind, believe in who you are becoming, and put your future self out into the world with intention.

The Foundation Series

The Foundation Series is 21 days of intentional movement, strength, and mobility designed to help you rediscover what it feels like to move freely, playfully, and completely on your own terms. This is not about doing more. It is about moving better. Feeling more. Trusting what your body is capable of when you stop fighting it.

Private & Semi -Private Sessions

You do not need experience to begin. You just need a space that feels safe enough to start.

1:1 private sessions are for women who want something more personal, more intentional, and more supportive than a group class. Whether you are completely new, returning to movement, or already have experience and want dedicated time to refine, deepen, or focus on your own practice, this is where you get to slow down, ask questions, build confidence, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
